Jordan Road Surfacing joins Federation of Planing Contractors

The Nottinghamshire-based company has a growing workforce of over 45 employees undertakes a range of contracts for local authorities and large Civil Engineering contractors throughout the UK. As a member of the FPC, the company will be adhering to the FPC’s Safeplane standard and its planer fleet will display this logo upon the successful completion of an independent audit.

Barry Jordan, managing director, Jordan Road Surfacing said: “I believe that the Federation of Planing Contractors will be an excellent independent resource, providing my business with safety and environmental advice and support. This will ensure that we are kept fully informed of issues which will impact our business. We are fully behind the organisation’s aims and objectives and will look forward to working together to ensure safety standards are consistent throughout our industry.”
